1. WINNER OF THE BUSINESS BOOTCAMP FOR 100 SME’S IN AFRICA ONE ANSWER WON TO ATTEND THE FIRST BUSINESS BOOTCAMP FOR 100 SME’S IN AFRICA ON 4 TO 6 DECEMBER 2019 IN LOMÉ TOGO. CHOSEN AMONG 100 SMEs IN AFRICA WITH POTENTIAL TO GROW TO HELP MINIMIZE UN EMPLOYEMENT RATE IN AFRICA

The meeting was sponsored by the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD) and the Pan-African bank Eco bank. ONE ANSWER was the among the Africans SME’S selected to attend the CONFERENCE due to their great contribution in the continent. ONE ANSWER networked and learned many things that improve the social, economic and entrepreneurship development.

The Business Boot camp trained 100 SME’s on business and entrepreneurial skills, broaden their markets beyond their local markets toward regional trade. Also contributed to sustainable SME’s growth through good financial management, increase SME profitability, business growth and expansion to create more jobs. ONE ANSWER is trusted that by 2021 to have employed more new 10 youths.

The Global Gender Summit organized by The African Development Bank, with other multilateral development bank partners. The biennial event that brings together leaders from government, development institutions, the private sector, civil society, and academia. One Answer Corporate Solution Limited was the contestant of the 2019 invest to impact East African Competition. And One the Business selected on the Basis of their potential to achieve growth and contribute to women’s economic empowerment under the Global Gender summit.

More than 1,200 delegates were in Kigali, Rwanda for the 2019 Global Gender Summit including distinguished guests such as the President of Rwanda Paul Kagame; the President of Ethiopia, Sahle-Work Zewde; the African Union Chairperson Moussa Faki Mahamat, and the First Ladies of Rwanda and Kenya. Also in attending are representatives of the heads of state of Gabon, Mali, Senegal, Chad, and the King of Morocco and gender ministers from Niger, Somalia, Senegal, South Sudan, Tunisia, and Libya.

The Tujenge TZ Innovation Challenge was launched in April of 2018 to raise awareness on the potential that social businesses have for individual and national development. Implemented by TRUE MAISHA TRAINING COMPANY LIMITED and UNLEASHED AFRICA with the supervision of HANS SEIDEL FOUNDATION.

It was the Social Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program, through which ONE ANSWER learnt to build the capacity of growth stage social entrepreneurship and expanded the awareness on the concept of Business development which has the impact to increase the company’s socio- economic development agenda in Tanzania

Through this award, One answer has been able to network both locally and internationally. More good still expected from these connections and networks, on January 2020 ONE ANSWER WAS INVITED TO PITCH AT SAHARA VENTURES, and ONE ANSWER made it to the second winner
